RCS Believes that developing proper cost allocation plan and user fee reports require more complex calculation and details than what standard spreadsheet and word processing software can offer. RCS developed and is using our own software that is both user-friendly and comprehensive.  It includes a logical, easy-to-use interface and produces easy-to-understand reports.
