​Greg is part of the next generation of RCS to conduct Impact Fee Studies.  Although he is the RCS team's newest partner, he has generated millions in fee revenue for cities since 2020. Greg spent 20 years as a small business entrepreneur before joining the RCS team. Trained by Scott Thorpe, Greg applies the same methodology to development impact fees that Scott Thorpe developed over his 40-year career while also incorporating his experience in business management with a focus on efficiency.
