RICK KERMER

Rick was a founding partner of RCS (formerly known as Management Services Institute). Rick used his city auditing and finance director experience to build cost allocation and user fee spreadsheets and to ensure that our software could generate reports that would pass rigorous analysis and meet accounting standards. Rick’s work is the foundation of all the fee study work offered today. After 39 years, Rick is semi-retired, taking only a handful of projects each year.
